At Pom Pom London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all products are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
